Advising a developer regarding a claim at the Pre-Action Protocol stage against a contractor in relation to defective terrazzo floor tiles at a shopping centre in the South East of England. Claim in excess of £350,000.

Advising a large contractor in respect of various requests for extensions of time and a claim for loss and expense/prolongation. Working with consultants to review project documentation and prepare a critical path analysis. Dispute subsequently referred to adjudication and arbitration proceedings.
